You can use IDM ( Internet download manager ) if u have bought it or cracked it for ur use.. it will automatically ask whether to download or not.. but it got some problems with the latest version of Firefox...

If u r usin firefox, there is a plugin called ' Download helper ' .. things r easy tht way also..

a bit more difficult way..

After watching the video, dont close the window....There is a cache folder firefox is using.. in vista,
C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\something. default\Cache

In xp, the mozilla folder will be in the 'Local Settings' folder..
After entering the folder, just look for the largest files.. except those '_CACHE_00x' files.. u will get wot u were lookin for..
